Kirby Shakespeare Theatre, 36 Madison Avenue, located on the Campus of Drew University in Madison. The performances celebrate the 10 th Annual Family Week at the Theatre presented by The New Jersey Theatre Alliance. Since 1997, Shakespeare LIVE! has presented more than 1,000 performances to more than a quarter of a million young people, at over 750 schools and other venues throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and Connecticut . In celebration of Family Week at the Theatre , The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey's Shakespeare LIVE! company will perform special Family performances of their 60-minute versions of William Shakespeare's JULIUS CAESAR and A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM March 7 thru 10, 2007. All performances will be held at the F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre, 36 Madison Avenue , located on the Campus of Drew University in Madison . Tickets are $12 for an adult which includes 2 free tickets for children under age 18 with each ticket purchased. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre . Follow the hilarious mishaps of four young lovers and a band of misfit rustics as they journey into the magical forest outside Athens . A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM is appropriate for ages 8 and up.
A family performance of Shakespeare's JULIUS CAESAR will be held March 9, 2007 at 7 p.m. at the F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre. Loyalty, honor and the fate of a nation are tested in this gripping drama. JULIUS CAESAR is appropriate for ages 11 and up.
