ROBERT DUKE (Director) is in his fourth season with The Shakespeare Theatre. Company credits include the 25th Anniversary production of the musical TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA, one of many collaborations with musical director F. Wade Russo including several seasons at the Williamstown Theatre Festival. Duke's other work in New Jersey include a decade-long association with the Princeton University Triangle Club, for whom he directed several shows and co-founded a program for undergraduates dedicated to fostering new writing for the musical theatre. Duke's own writing for the theater has been performed at the Goodspeed Opera House and at Williamstown, and he recently revised the book for Irving Berlin's LOUISIANA PURCHASE for a production that was part of the 200th Anniversary celebration in Baton Rouge. Duke is currently the head of the department of drama at The Brearley School in Manhattan.
