Frank has co-designed Hershey Park's Christmas 2001 and summer 2002 shows. Assistant

and THE YEAR THAT TREMBLED starring Martin Mull. Frank has been twice nominated
and winner of the Paper Mill Rising Star Award for excellence in costume design.
Frank is a graduate of F.I.T. and ESMOD in Paris.
