Katherine Kellgren (Laura) is in her first season with The Shakespeare Theatre.
Recent stage appearances include the title role in LINCOLN CENTER REEL TO REAL:
BEATRIX POTTER, and a specially-presented reading of THE BALD SOPRANO directed
by Joseph Chaikin at Manhattan Theatre Club. Film: JERUSALEM (with Max Von Sydow)
and ANOTHER BED. Television: ED and Comedy Central's TAKE IT FROM ME campaign.
Other stage credits include THE BOYFRIEND, FORSAKING ALL OTHERS, LAY ME DOWN,
THE UMBRELLA PLAY and THE ROMAN COMEDIES OF TERENCE. Katherine has also recorded
many radio plays, including THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA (with Paul Scofield), A CHRISTMAS
CAROL and BONHOEFFER: THE COST OF FREEDOM (winner, Peabody Award). Most recently
she recorded EDWARD GOREY: THE GOREY DETAILS for B.B.C. radio. She is a graduate
of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
