RICK ENGLER (Director of Marketing) is in his seventh season with The Shakespeare Theatre after a hiatus as a senior account executive providing direct marketing and database consultation to arts organizations throughout the country. He previously worked as the Marketing Director for George Street Playhouse, The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College and The Shakespeare Theatre where he was honored to play a part in the opening of the F. M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre. He is a graduate of Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University.

ANDREW MURAD (Resident Graphic Designer) is in his third season with The Shakespeare Theatre. He previously served as coordinator and full-time professor in the Visual Arts Department at McLennan Community College (MCC) in Texas. Prior to that he was the graphic designer for MCC for two years. He was a member of the Texas Association of Schools of Art, and has eight years teaching experience at the college level. Additionally, Andrew has 17 years of graphic design experience working with various design companies, agencies and freelance clients. He received a B.F.A. from Louisiana Tech University, and an M.A. from Northwestern State University.

KRISTEN GONGORA (Sales Manager) is in her fourth season with The Shakespeare Theatre. She previously served as Special Events Manager for The Valerie Fund, a not-for-profit dedicated to children with cancer and blood disorders, and has worked for The Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, The American Academy of Arts and Letters, and NARAL-NJ. She is in her second year of service as Secretary of the Board of Directors for AWOL Theatre Project, Inc., an organization dedicated to emerging music theatre artists. Kristen is a graduate of New York University’s Gallatin School for Individualized Study, and holds certification in Non-Profit Management from Columbia University.
